How Phone Operator works
Phone Operator works without root on Android 8+. Its Accessibility Service executes only user-configured gestures after you start them. The overlay is used for controls and markers, so you can position an action and keep Start, Pause, and Stop available above the target app.
Phone Operator does not collect, store, or upload screen content. Action positions, timing, ranges, and saved scripts remain on the device. Review the full privacy policy before enabling permissions.

Treat Accessibility and overlay as separate controls
Accessibility Service dispatches the gestures you configure. Display over other apps keeps the controller and markers visible. If the controller appears but no tap occurs, recheck Accessibility. If gestures can run but controls disappear after switching apps, recheck the overlay permission.
Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO menu labels vary across MIUI, HyperOS, model, region, and Android version. Prefer Phone Operator's settings shortcuts or search Settings for the permission name instead of relying on one fixed path.
Background behavior
Change background settings only when a real interruption occurs
Xiaomi documents that Battery saver can reduce background activity and that supported devices expose Background autostart under Apps and Permissions. If a supervised run stops after the app leaves the foreground, review these settings for Phone Operator and choose the least permissive option that keeps the intended run working.
Allowing autostart or relaxing battery restrictions can increase battery use. It does not keep the screen awake, so adjust screen timeout separately for the session and restore your normal setting afterward.

- Controller visible but no taps: toggle Phone Operator off and on in Accessibility, then restart the run.
- Controller disappears: recheck the display-over-other-apps permission for Phone Operator.
- Service stops after the app is backgrounded: review Background autostart and app-specific battery behavior.
- Screen locks during a long run: increase the system screen timeout yourself for the supervised session.
- Positions move after rotation or floating-window mode: stop and reposition every affected marker.

HyperOS permission and battery controls protect the device. Change only the settings needed for a supervised workflow and restore stricter settings when finished.
Do not automate payment, purchase, transfer, account-security, privacy-consent, or CAPTCHA screens. Do not use Phone Operator for fake engagement, cheating, bypassing safeguards, or any action that violates the rules of the target app. Stop whenever the screen is different from the one you tested.
